Penthouse is a four-bedroom apartment on the Maenporth Estate with views across Maenporth Beach from a full-length terrace. The property sleeps eight across three bathrooms, with two en-suites and a family bathroom. Access is via an internal staircase from a foyer shared with Cove 1, with the apartment laid out on one level above.

Inside, a large living and dining area runs across the front of the apartment with space for eight to eat together. Two of the four bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and the layout suits two families travelling together or a larger group of adults. Partial air conditioning cools the main living areas in summer.

Outside, the full-length terrace runs along the beach side of the apartment, with space for outdoor meals and a direct view down to the water.
