Petra 1

Petra 1 puts four guests in the heart of Marazion, just 100m from Marazion Beach. Its two bedrooms comprise one king-size room and one twin, a useful arrangement for a small family or two friends travelling together. The cottage has one bathroom, with a bath, a separate shower and WC, plus WiFi and a washing machine. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Dogs are not accepted.

Views towards St Michael's Mount are the defining feature. The very short beach distance also makes early walks and repeated trips to the shore easy without planning a full day out. Long Rock Beach is 1.3 miles away, with Perranuthnoe Beach, the further of the two, at 1.6 miles, so there are alternatives close to the Marazion base. The apartment is up a flight of stairs from a street-level door, one of two in the building.

Guests should confirm arrival, unloading and nearby parking before booking. One bathroom for four may also matter to groups sharing the cottage.

Best for guests who place beach access, Mount views and a central village address above private outdoor space. Less good for visitors requiring step-free accommodation or multiple bathrooms, and for anyone who prefers a quiet rural setting.
