Pool And Valley View

Pool and Valley View is a 2-bedroom apartment in Mawgan Porth, sleeping 4 across a king-size and a twin bedroom, with a private balcony looking over the valley. Access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis courts is included in the rental. The pool is heated and shared with the other apartments, and there is a shared lawned area.

Mawgan Porth Beach is 300 metres on foot - a sheltered west-facing bay that catches the afternoon sun and has seasonal lifeguard cover. It is calmer than Watergate Bay to the south, making it a reasonable choice for families with children. Bedruthan Steps, the National Trust beach famous for its sea stacks, is 1.4 miles along the coast path.

Watergate Bay is 1.7 miles, with Extreme Academy water sports hire operating from the beach and the beach restaurant above it. Newquay is roughly 5 miles for wider surf beaches, shops, and transport connections.

The apartment has WiFi, parking and a washing machine. Dogs are not accepted. The apartment has one bathroom for the two bedrooms, with a bath and a shower over it, and the washing machine doubles as a dryer.

Suits families or 2 couples wanting beach access, outdoor facilities, and a base for the North Cornwall coast.
