Porthia Flat is a one-bedroom apartment for two in the Downalong area of St Ives. The double bedroom and single bathroom form a compact setup for a couple or solo guest. Up to two dogs are permitted, so the flat suits a couple travelling with a pet, with Porthgwidden and Porthmeor both a few minutes away on foot. There is no outside space, but the harbour and beach are a short walk away. The lounge and diner, on the ground floor, has a feature fireplace, and the bedroom has a skylight and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is small, and the lounge/diner has a dining area. Guests arriving by car will need to make their own parking arrangements.

The position is the main practical draw. Porthgwidden Beach is 200 metres away, Porthmeor Beach is 300 metres away and St Ives Harbour Beach is 400 metres away. Galleries, cafes and the working harbour are also close by, placing town activities next to the beach choices.
