Primrose Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage for four in the farmland around Whitstone, near Warbstow. A double and a twin share one bathroom, and the reverse-level layout puts the living space upstairs, making the most of countryside views from nearly every window.

The garden is shared with other guests on site rather than private, and includes children's play equipment plus access to a games room. WiFi, parking and a washing machine are provided, and one dog can stay. There is no dishwasher, hot tub or wood burner, and the cottage is not set up for step-free access.

Whitstone itself has no pub or shop; Bude and Holsworthy, in Devon, are both about 6 miles away for shopping and eating out, while Launceston is roughly 12 miles south. Widemouth Bay is 4.5 miles away, Millook Beach is 5 miles and Summerleaze Beach is 6.1 miles, all reachable by car for a day at the coast, with surf schools and other water sports based around Widemouth Bay. Walking here is mostly on quiet farmland footpaths rather than coastal trails.
