River Lodge Cornwall

River Lodge Cornwall is a wood-clad, three-bedroom lodge for six on the banks of the River Fowey, near Cardinham and Bodmin. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and the third is a twin, with two bathrooms for the group. The lodge sits within 17 acres of private woodland and meadow, with walking routes from the doorstep and wildlife around the river and grounds.

This is an inland retreat rather than a coastal base: Lansallos Beach and Readymoney Cove are both 8.9 miles away, and Lantic Bay is 9.1 miles, so a beach day means a drive rather than a stroll. The lodge's own grounds are the main appeal, with room to roam without leaving the property.

WiFi, parking, a BBQ, dishwasher and washing machine are all included. There is no wood burner or EV charger, and dogs are not accepted.
