Savoy View

Savoy View is a first-floor two-bedroom apartment in Mullion village on the Lizard, sleeping four with one shared bathroom. The apartment is in Savoy House on Churchtown, the village's central street, with street-level parking available nearby.

Two bedrooms share one bathroom, which is tight for four adults but works well for a couple with children. Wifi is included. The first-floor position gives slightly more privacy than the ground-floor unit in the same building, and Churchtown has the village pub and a small shop within a few minutes on foot. Changeover day is Friday.

Polurrian Beach is 0.7 miles south - a sandy cove below the Polurrian Hotel cliffs. Poldhu Cove is 1 mile, and Mullion Cove harbour, built in the 1890s to protect local fishing boats from Atlantic weather, is 1.1 miles. Kynance Cove - serpentine rock stacks, turquoise water, National Trust land - is about 3 miles south along the coast path. The village has a pub and a shop. Mullion Cove Beach is the nearest beach, about 1.1 miles away as the crow flies.

Best for a small family or two couples who want a central Lizard base with three beaches within 1.2 miles and a village pub on the doorstep.
