Sea Barn

A wood fired hot tub stands in the enclosed garden at Sea Barn, which also has gravel, a patio and garden furniture. Sea Barn is in St Austell, and Mevagissey is 3.2 miles away. The open-plan ground floor has a corner sofa, a Smart TV and DVD player, a dining table set for six and a breakfast bar for two, with doors out to the garden.

The three bedrooms are up the stairs and it sleeps five. One double has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC; the other double and a single share a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and air fryer. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and WiFi is provided.

Off-road parking takes two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a request that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms, and the cottage is non-smoking. A shop is 2.6 miles away and a pub 0.5 miles. Ewe Barn stands on the same site and the two can be booked together for up to nine guests.

It suits a family or friends with dogs who want a hot tub, and the bedrooms upstairs make it less good for anyone who finds stairs hard.
