Sea Fever Flat 10 Harbourside

Sea Fever Flat 10 is a top-floor apartment above Looe harbour, sleeping 4 across two double bedrooms. Skylights bring morning light into both rooms, and a Juliet balcony looks straight across the water to the working harbour and beach. One bathroom serves the flat.

Wi-Fi and parking are included. Cooking and laundry equipment includes a gas oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a washer. The kitchen also has a Bosch coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and one bedroom has limited headroom under the eaves. Up to two dogs are welcome. The Juliet balcony gives a sea and harbour outlook rather than a full outdoor terrace.

East Looe Beach is just over half a mile away, a sheltered sandy beach below the harbour walls. Hannafore Beach, known for rock pools, is 0.5 miles away on the West Looe side, and Plaidy Beach is 0.8 miles east along the coast path. Looe's narrow streets climb from the quay with independent shops, galleries and fish restaurants, and the seafood market operates on the harbourside close to the apartment. Looe Island, a Cornwall Wildlife Trust nature reserve, sits just offshore.

**Best for:** two couples or a small family wanting harbour views, included parking and an easy walk down to East Looe Beach. **Less good for:** anyone who needs outdoor space, or who is uneasy with a steep path to the entrance (a lift serves the top floor).
