Restaurants, bars and shops are all within a few minutes of the front door, including the town's Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth kitchens. Daymer Bay is 1.5 miles away, with Trevone Bay 1.7 miles and Greenaway Beach 1.9 miles. The Camel Trail runs along the estuary from the town centre, and bikes can be hired locally for the ride out. A local ferry and regular bus services cover trips further afield without needing a car.

Best for couples or a small family wanting a walkable town-centre base. Less good for anyone bringing a car who needs to park at the apartment itself.
