East Looe's narrow streets, independent fish shops, cafes, and galleries are within a few minutes on foot. The harbour area sits between East and West Looe - connected by a bridge - and the small passenger ferry to West Looe runs throughout the season. Hannafore Beach, a longer and more sheltered stretch with rock pools, is 900m along the seafront road. Plaidy Beach, a quiet sandy cove, is 1.2km.

No outside space at the property itself - the garden or terrace is absent - but East Looe Beach is near enough to serve as an extension of the property for most of the day during summer.

Good for couples with young children wanting beach proximity in a small harbour town without needing to drive. Suits dog owners comfortable with an urban setting. Not ideal for guests who want a garden or terrace, or for groups of more than 4 - the bunk bedroom is sized for children.
