Sebastian's View is a second-floor, 3-bedroom apartment at The Liner on Cliff Road in Falmouth, sleeping 6 with 3 en-suite bathrooms. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which removes the morning queue problem for larger groups. A BBQ sits in the communal garden. Off-road parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. No pets. Saturday changeover. 6 reviews.

Gyllyngvase Beach is 100m from the front door - a broad, south-facing sandy beach with beach hut hire, a cafe, and calm water that holds heat well into September. It is one of Falmouth's most accessible beaches and draws a quieter crowd than the harbour end of town. Swanpool Beach, a smaller bay with a nature reserve behind it, is 800m west. Castle Beach, accessed via the cliff path below Pendennis Castle, is 900m in the other direction.

Falmouth town centre is around 15 minutes on foot along the seafront path, with the main ferry quay, independent restaurants, and the National Maritime Museum reachable without driving. The Fal estuary ferries run from the town quay to Flushing, St Mawes, and Truro in season.

Best for groups of 3 couples or a family with teenagers who want a beach-facing base with proper en-suite privacy. Not great for those travelling with dogs, or anyone needing a ground-floor accessible layout.
