Seven

Seven is a two-bedroom apartment in Bude for four guests, with views over Crooklets Beach, the golf course and the sea. It occupies the second floor of a shared building, reached by lift or stairs, and has a furnished balcony opening from the living space.

One bedroom has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can become twins on request. A separate family bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Both bedrooms have Juliette balconies, and the main bedroom has a Smart TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. A utility room contains a washer/dryer. The open-plan living area has a breakfast bar, dining table, Smart TV, Bose sound system and Nintendo Switch. A desk in the hallway gives a separate place to sit with a laptop.

Seven has private off-road parking for one car. On-site EV charging requires an arrangement with the owner and charges apply. A private storage shed and communal outdoor shower help with beach equipment. The beach, shops and pubs are within half a mile.

Seven suits four guests wanting Crooklets Beach views and two bathrooms. Dogs are not accepted. Guests who depend on lift access should confirm their requirements with the owner before booking.
