Smugglers Loft is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom third-floor apartment at Buller House on The Quay in Looe, sleeping 3. It sits roughly 10 metres from East Looe Beach and directly above the harbour.

The third-floor position means harbour views from the windows without the noise of the quayside at ground level. The layout gives a double bedroom and a second room for a single guest or child. Parking is included - useful in Looe where town-centre parking is genuinely scarce in season. Wifi, dishwasher, and washing machine are all provided.

East Looe Beach is immediately below - a wide, south-facing sandy beach that fills in summer but has enough length to find space. Hannafore Beach, on the western edge of town, is 900 metres away and faces the open sea. Plaidy Beach, quieter and rockier, is 0.8 miles for those who prefer fewer families with infants.

The fish market at the harbour operates early mornings, and the town's independent restaurants and pubs line the narrow streets of East Looe. West Looe is across the bridge - quieter, residential, with the South West Coast Path heading west toward Polperro. The Polperro walk is roughly 3.7 miles of clifftop path, one of the better day walks on the south coast.

Right for couples or a small group who want a town-centre base with the sea directly in front. Not great for those needing ground-floor access or a quiet rural setting. Saturday changeover, no pets.
