Splits is a five-bedroom detached house in Trebetherick at Daymer Bay, sleeping 10 with 4 bathrooms. The layout is accessible throughout - a practical option for larger groups that include guests who need step-free access. A balcony looks toward the estuary, and a garden with parking provides outdoor space.

Daymer Bay sits inside the mouth of the Camel Estuary. Greenaway Beach is 300 metres from the house - a quieter stretch of sand that tends to be less crowded than Daymer Bay beach itself, which is 800 metres away. Polzeath, the main surf beach in the area, is 900 metres north. The area offers surf, sheltered estuary, and rock pool beaches within a short walk - one of the most varied stretches of north Cornwall coastline for a large group.

Rock village is a short drive south with a sailing club and the seasonal water taxi to Padstow. The Camel Trail cycling route starts in Padstow and runs 18 miles inland. John Betjeman, who grew up at Trebetherick, is buried at St Enodoc Church 1km from the house.
