A direct footpath from the property leads to the beach in around 700 metres, connecting to the South West Coast Path for longer coastal walks toward Polzeath and Rock.

One first-floor bedroom has a small balcony with elevated views across the Camel Estuary. Twin bedrooms can be reconfigured as doubles on request, giving the property flexibility for different group compositions. The accessible layout includes ground-floor facilities. One dog is welcome. The beach at Daymer Bay is sheltered and sandy, popular with families and paddleboarders. Greenaway Beach is 900 metres, reached via the coast path. Rock village is a short walk for the water taxi to Padstow, where restaurants, the market, and Rick Stein's complex sit on the opposite bank.

Best for larger family groups or multi-household stays who want reliable beach access without driving. The 5 bedrooms handle 9 guests without overlap. Less suited to those wanting a hot tub, fire, or off-season comfort features. The accessible ground-floor facilities make it viable for mixed-ability groups. Trebetherick has no dedicated shops, so most guests stock up in Wadebridge or Padstow on arrival.
