Inside, a wood burner and open fire service the main living areas, making the house functional in spring and autumn as well as summer. A BBQ and garden extend the living space outward. WiFi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. Parking is on-site. The property does not allow dogs.

Ideal for large families or groups of up to 10 who want a surf-village base with enough bedrooms and bathrooms that the group can spread out comfortably. Polzeath has surf schools, a café and a small village shop within easy reach - enough for a self-sufficient week. Not great for guests who need nightlife or a town centre - Polzeath is a small village, and Wadebridge is the nearest market town at a few kilometres' drive inland.
