Suffolk Cottage

Suffolk Cottage is a traditional two-bedroom stay for four in Porthleven, a harbour village that has become one of Cornwall's stronger food destinations. A super-king room and a twin give families or friends separate sleeping arrangements, though both rooms share a single bathroom.

Modern touches sit alongside original features, with a wood burner providing a focal point in the living space. The loft room looks towards the sea. Wi-Fi, private parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, as is a garden. Dogs are welcome, though anyone bringing more than one dog should check the limit with the owners first.

Porthleven Beach is 200 metres away. Porthcew Rinsey Cove is 2.4 miles from the cottage and Praa Sands 3.5 miles. The harbour, with Kota restaurant and a handful of cafes, is within a short walk, and the coast path leads east towards Loe Bar for one of the area's better short walks.

The property sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms on the first floor, with the living area and kitchen downstairs and the loft room up a further staircase. The family bathroom has a drench shower and a free-standing bath, and there is a second toilet and washbasin.

**Best for:** Four guests wanting sea views, a wood burner, private parking and Porthleven Beach 200 metres away.

**Less good for:** Guests needing two bathrooms, step-free access, or a stated dog limit before booking.
