Bossiney Cove Beach is 600m on foot - a small tidal cove set between high cliffs, reached via steps. It is one of the quieter swimming spots on the north Cornwall coast and is only accessible at low tide. Tintagel Castle, managed by English Heritage and connected to the headland by a footbridge opened in 2019, is also within 600m. The village of Tintagel has a couple of pubs, cafes, and the Old Post Office - a 14th-century manor house now in National Trust care. Tregardock Beach, wilder and harder to reach, is 5.4km along the coast.
