Its defining feature over the other properties on the estate is a private hot tub alongside sea views from the garden and main living spaces. The cottage sleeps eight across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Inside, original artwork runs through the interior alongside an open-plan layout and a log fire in the sitting room. WiFi, dishwasher, and washing machine are standard. The specification is one of the highest on the estate, reflected in pricing from £748 per week rising to £2,175 at peak. Dogs are not accepted.

Outside, the private garden catches the sea view, with parking on-site. Shared estate facilities add a 12m x 6m heated indoor pool, a naturally filtered outdoor plunge pool open year-round, sauna, a small gym, and concierge services. The managers can pre-arrange welcome hampers of Cornish produce. Talland Bay beach is a short walk down the hill; Polperro village is 2.5 miles west along the South West Coast Path.

Best for larger groups or two families who want self-contained luxury, with the private hot tub and sea-view garden setting this apart from the rest of the estate. Less good for groups that won't use the outdoor space or hot tub - the sister properties Talland 19 and Talland 40 offer better value without those features.
