Inside, the layout holds a master double, a second double, and a bunk room with two bathrooms - more space per person than the eight-berth sister property next door. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and EV charging are all included. Dogs are welcome.

The south-facing patio outside the front door has a private hot tub, with the rooftop terrace above giving unobstructed views across Talland Bay. Shared estate facilities include a 12 by 6 metre indoor heated pool, an outdoor naturally-filtered plunge pool open all year, a sauna, a gym, and concierge services. Talland Bay beach is a short walk downhill through the estate grounds.

Polperro lies about a mile west along the South West Coast Path, with its harbour, restaurants, and pedestrianised lanes. Looe is roughly two miles east with a sandy beach and passenger ferry. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a 45-minute drive. Best for couples or smaller groups prioritising sea views and outdoor space over maximum capacity. Less suitable for families needing to sleep eight or more.
