The coast walk west toward Polperro through the woods is one of the better short stretches on the south Cornwall coast.

Best for: couples or solo travellers wanting hotel service, a high-rated restaurant, and direct coast path access on the quieter south coast between Looe and Polperro. Less good for: families with dogs (dogs not accepted), those wanting a pool or spa, or anyone prioritising lively nightlife over a peaceful rural setting.
