Talland Lemain Garden Apts

Talland Lemain Garden Apts is a single-storey apartment for two in the grounds of a former Victorian seaside villa in Looe, with one bedroom and one bathroom.

Sea views extend from the private sun terrace, which is the apartment's main feature rather than indoor leisure facilities. Wi-Fi, parking and a garden are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and the bedroom has zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twins or a super-king-size.

East Looe Beach and Hannafore Beach, known for some of the best rock pools in Cornwall, are each 400 metres away. Plaidy Beach, a quieter mixed sand-and-shingle cove, is 0.9 miles from the apartment. Looe itself provides the harbour-town setting, with narrow streets running up from the quay to independent shops, galleries and fish restaurants, and Looe Island nature reserve visible just offshore.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment sleeps two guests, with parking, a garden and sea views included.

**Best for:** two guests wanting a single-storey apartment, a sea-view terrace, parking, a garden and room for two dogs near two beaches. **Less good for:** guests needing step-free access to the apartment and beach route.
