Off-road parking is included - a notable advantage in central Looe, where street parking is limited. No dogs.

East Looe Beach is 200 metres from the front door, a three-minute walk through the town's narrow streets to a sandy tidal beach at the estuary mouth. Hannafore Beach is 0.6 miles to the west along the coastal footpath, a shingle-and-sand beach facing open sea. Plaidy Beach is 0.7 miles for a quieter option.

Looe's fishing harbour, shops, and a range of pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes on foot. The Looe Valley Line train from Liskeard stops at Looe station, a useful connection if arriving by rail. Washing machine and Wi-Fi included. Friday changeover.
