Two balconies face Looe Bay from The Bolt Hole, a top-floor apartment for four in Admiralty Court, Looe. Panoramic sea views extend from the living area and king-size main bedroom, while a twin room completes the sleeping layout.

Two bathrooms serve the apartment, letting each bedroom use separate facilities during a four-person stay. On-site parking, a dishwasher and keyless entry are included, along with garden access. Dogs are not accepted. The lounge has a Smart TV, the kitchen has a large table, and the garden is shared by the five flats in the building. Changeover day is Friday.

East Looe Beach is 0.1 miles away, a sheltered stretch of sand right below the harbour walls in the town centre and lifeguarded in summer. Hannafore Beach, known for some of the best rock pools in Cornwall, is 0.6 miles from the apartment, and Plaidy Beach, a quieter mixed sand-and-shingle cove, follows at 0.7 miles. Polperro is about 4 miles west along the coast, and Looe train station connects directly to Liskeard on the mainline.

**Best for:** two couples or a small family wanting two bathrooms, sea-facing balconies and East Looe Beach within a couple of minutes' walk. **Less good for:** dog owners and guests needing step-free accommodation.
