The Coastal Nook

The Coastal Nook is a four-bedroom cottage for eight in Harlyn Bay, a family beach sheltered from the prevailing wind by Trevose Head. A king, double, twin and bunk room give a family group different sleeping arrangements, and three bathrooms serve the four rooms.

Sea views accompany a sunny patio and a shared garden. A wood burner provides the indoor focal point. Parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and one dog can stay. There is no Wi-Fi, barbecue or EV charging, so guests relying on any of those should look elsewhere.

Harlyn Bay Beach, with its car park, seasonal beach shop and the Harlyn Inn just above the sand, is 500 metres away. Mothers Ivey Bay, a smaller cove reachable at low tide, is 0.9 miles, and Trevone Bay is 1.1 miles. The coast path also runs east to Padstow and north to Trevose Head lighthouse, around a mile's walk. Further afield, Newquay, Port Isaac, Bodmin, the Eden Project and Tintagel are all within reach of a day trip.
