Wi-Fi is included, but there is no parking on site, no dishwasher and no washing machine. Dogs are not accepted. Garden access here means the roof terrace rather than a private lawn. The absence of parking is a significant trade-off in this central St Ives position, though it also means no drive is needed once guests have arrived.
