The Granary

The Granary is a 3-bedroom farm cottage on Rosudgeon Farm, set on Prussia Cove Road between Rosudgeon and the Mount's Bay coast. It sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with Prussia Cove - a series of rocky smuggling inlets named after 18th-century villain John Carter, the "King of Prussia" - just 400 metres away on foot.

The cottage has a garden and an open fire, making it a practical choice for year-round stays. WiFi and parking are included. There is no dishwasher or washing machine.

The coastal position is the main draw. Prussia Cove's rocky coves are popular with swimmers and coasteerers, and the coast path runs along the clifftop above. Piskies Cove is 500 metres away. Perranuthnoe Beach, a south-facing sandy beach with a seasonal cafe, is roughly 1.1 miles. Marazion and St Michael's Mount - Cornwall's offshore island tidal castle - are about 3 miles west along the coast road. Penzance is around 4 miles west; Helston is 6 miles east.

**Best for:** groups of up to 6 who want direct access to the coast path and Prussia Cove's historic coves; couples or families who value quiet farmland surroundings over harbour-town convenience.

**Less good for:** guests needing a dishwasher, washing machine, or beach with lifeguards; larger groups above 6.
