The Packing House

The Packing House is a ground-floor 2-bedroom cottage near Rosudgeon, set on a small working farm and sleeping 4 across a double and a twin room. The fully enclosed dog-proof garden has a secluded patio with views across to Mount's Bay, while horses, donkeys, and chickens share the surrounding site. Two dogs are welcome.

The cottage is entirely on one level, which suits guests with mobility considerations. Inside, there is Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Changeover is Friday.

Perranuthnoe Beach - a family-friendly sandy beach with lifeguards in season - is about 750 metres away. Prussia Cove, a series of sheltered rocky coves popular with swimmers and coasteerers, is under a mile to the south. A Co-op, pub, and fish and chip shop are all under a mile from the property. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are about 3 miles west along the coast road, while Helston is around 6 miles east.

**Best for:** Dog owners and families with young children wanting easy beach access and a relaxed rural setting; guests who need ground-floor accommodation.

**Less good for:** Those seeking a coastal village feel or evening nightlife - Rosudgeon is a quiet rural hamlet with limited on-site entertainment.
