Godolphin Barn is an adults-only one-bedroom barn conversion at Boscrege, near Rosudgeon, sleeping 2 with 1 bathroom. Two practical features stand out for a property this size: a woodburning stove and an EV charging point.

The barn comes with Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, washing machine, and a garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the barn. Compact and quiet - the emphasis is on the rural setting rather than on-site amenities.

Rosudgeon is a small hamlet between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is 1.4 miles - a 1.5-mile sandy beach that catches south-westerly swell and rarely gets as packed as the north coast beaches. Porthcew (Rinsey Cove) is 2.1 miles, reached via the coast path past the ruined Wheal Prosper engine house. Prussia Cove, a series of coves used by 18th-century smugglers, is 2.4 miles along the same path. Godolphin House, a National Trust estate with Tudor origins, is a few miles north. Helston is roughly 5 miles east, with the closest supermarket and Ferdi's Indoor Play for young children.

Best for couples who want a quiet rural base with easy access to the southwest coast path and EV charging. Less suited to those who prefer a larger property. Changeover is Saturday.
