The Little Barn

The Little Barn is a single-storey studio barn conversion near Tintagel, with open-plan living space centred on a wood-burning stove. The property sleeps two, with parking for up to two cars and a private terrace running off the main living area.

Inside, the studio holds a 5ft double bed at the end of the main living space, which can be separated with a heavy curtain for added privacy. A shower room and well-equipped kitchen sit alongside, and the wood burner makes the room workable through cooler months. The single-level layout gives step-free access throughout.

Outside, the terrace runs off the living space with outdoor seating and a quiet rural aspect. The surrounding Atlantic coast offers extensive walking, with Bossiney Cove sitting 2.1 kilometres away, Tregardock Beach 3.7 kilometres along the coast, and Port Gaverne 8.5 kilometres towards Port Isaac.

Tintagel village, with its castle and the National Trust's Old Post Office, sits close by. English Heritage's Tintagel Castle spans the Arthurian site and the footbridge across to the island, and Trebarwith Strand - one of North Cornwall's widest low-tide beaches - sits around ten minutes' drive south. The South West Coast Path cuts through the village for cliff walks in either direction.
