The Loftkylgenna

The Loftkylgenna is a split-level apartment for two in Fowey, with Bodinnick as the nearest town. Its single bedroom has a king bed and one bathroom serves the two guests.

The upper-level living space and balcony overlook the estuary towards Polruan, making it a natural spot for morning coffee or an evening drink while watching boats on the water. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, EV charging and a garden are included. Dogs are not accepted. A washer/dryer is included. The bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level, and the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner upstairs has a Smart TV, French doors and a bistro table on the balcony.

Fowey is a working harbour town as well as a holiday spot - the port still handles china clay cargo, and the passenger ferry to Polruan across the water takes under 5 minutes. Readymoney Cove is 600 metres away, a sheltered sandy cove below St Catherine's Castle. Lantic Bay is 1.4 miles away and Lansallos Beach is 2.7 miles from the apartment. The estuary outlook and short walk into town put Fowey's restaurants and shops within easy reach on foot.

**Best for:** a couple wanting a king bedroom, an estuary-facing balcony, EV charging and Readymoney Cove within 600 metres.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access.
