The Mariners is an accessible 2-bedroom cottage sleeping 4, set in Coverack village on the eastern Lizard. The ground-floor layout includes step-free access throughout, which makes it one of the few properties on this stretch of coast that works for guests with mobility requirements. Coverack Beach is 300 metres away - a sheltered shingle and sand beach on the bay with clear water and rock pools at low tide.

Coverack itself is a working harbour village. The cove has a slipway still used by fishing boats, a café, and the Paris Hotel pub that opens through the main season. It is a quieter alternative to the more visited Kynance Cove and Mullion, both accessible within 20 minutes by car. Cadgwith, a double-beached cove known for its crab fishing, is around 4.3 miles south along the coast road.

Porthoustock Beach, a grey shingle beach popular with divers due to the clear water around the Manacles reef, is 2.7 miles north. The Lizard village and the most southerly point in mainland Britain are around 7.5 miles south. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. No parking on site - the village car park is nearby.
