The Old Mill is a first-floor apartment in East Taphouse village, sitting roughly midway between Liskeard and Lostwithiel - each around 7 miles. The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms and takes dogs, with private parking for one car outside.

Three bedrooms share the upper floor: one double with en-suite shower room, one super-king zip-and-link (convertible to twins on request), and one single with a trundle below. The main living space is an L-shaped open-plan room with a feature exposed stone wall, bar-style kitchen seating and a dishwasher. Dual-aspect windows look out over the surrounding farmland. For the coast, Lansallos beach is 12 miles and Talland Bay around 12.6 miles - both south-facing coves on the east Cornish coast.

Best for groups wanting a central inland base within striking distance of both Bodmin Moor and the south Cornish coast. Less suitable for anyone needing a garden or beach walk from the door.
