The Roundhouse is a 5-bedroom circular house on Roserrow Estate between Polzeath and St Minver, sleeping 10 across 3 king-size rooms, 1 double, and 1 twin. The architect-designed layout centres on an open living space with a wood burner and open fire, and opens out to a private sun terrace with garden furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of 10, with a large dining table and a charcoal BBQ on the terrace. The 3 bathrooms serve the 5 bedrooms comfortably, and parking is included. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Polzeath Beach is 2km, where two surf schools operate in the summer. Daymer Bay is 2.2km, a sheltered estuary beach popular with families and kayakers. The Rock ferry crossing to Padstow is accessible from Daymer Bay, giving access to the town's restaurants and the Camel Trail cycling route.

Best for groups of adults or mixed-generation families who want space to gather in the evenings and access to North Cornwall surf within a short drive. The circular layout means the living room is particularly sociable, with seating arranged around the fire rather than in a row. Not great for guests looking for a quiet remote retreat, as the estate has several neighbouring properties and Polzeath village is 2km with surf shops and a busy beach in summer.

The nearest pub is in St Minver village, about 1.5km from the estate. Wadebridge is 6km and has a supermarket and shops.
