Tillys Cottage Looe

Tillys Cottage is a one-bedroom fisherman's cottage in central Looe for two guests, with a king-size bedroom and one bathroom. A beamed lounge with a Smart TV occupies the second floor, so the layout involves stairs between the living and sleeping spaces. The bathroom, on the first floor beside the bedroom, has both a bath and a shower, and the lounge has a feature fireplace.

Wi-Fi and parking are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The cottage sits close to where freshly landed seafood comes ashore daily, a genuine local draw rather than a listed amenity, and the harbour is easily reached on foot.

East Looe Beach is 100 metres away, sheltered by the harbour walls and a good option for families. Hannafore Beach is 0.6 miles from the cottage, known for some of the best rock pools in Cornwall, and Plaidy Beach is 0.7 miles, a quieter mixed sand-and-shingle cove. Looe's working harbour, narrow shopping streets and the South West Coast Path towards Polperro are all within walking distance of the door.

**Best for:** Two guests wanting a king-size bed, a central Looe location, parking, a Smart TV and room for two dogs close to the harbour.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access to the second-floor lounge.
