Tregarthen

Tregarthen is a four-bedroom house in New Polzeath for 10 guests, with three bathrooms serving the group. The bedrooms comprise two super king rooms, one convertible to twins, one double and a bunk room with two sets of bunks - enough flexibility for a mixed-age party without anyone sharing a sofa bed.

A private hot tub, a wood burner, EV charging and a barbecue are included, along with a dishwasher and washing machine for a full week away. There is no Wi-Fi. The property is set back from the clifftop above Polzeath rather than on the beach itself, and dogs are not accepted here.

A footpath drops down to Polzeath Beach in about 10 minutes, roughly 600 metres from the house. Greenaway Beach is 0.9 miles away and Daymer Bay Beach 1.2 miles. The headland walk to the Rumps, an Iron Age cliff fort at the tip of Pentire Point, is about 2 miles from New Polzeath and one of the better short walks on this stretch of coast.
