Treleaven Farmhouse

Treleaven Farmhouse is a large house near Mevagissey, sleeping 18 across nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a shower cubicle and basin, and the eight upstairs bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. Three double bedrooms and one twin have uninterrupted sea views, and three further doubles and another twin share that floor with a family bathroom.

A swimming pool, garden and barbecue give a large group several places to gather outside. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to three dogs can stay. The house has two lounges and a dining table big enough to seat the whole party. The heated outdoor pool is shared with the owner and open from mid May until mid September, weather permitting. Mevagissey is a short walk down the drive, though it is a steep hill back up.

Pentewan Beach is 1.1 miles from the farmhouse, Gorran Haven is 2.4 miles away and Hemmick Beach is 3.3 miles away, so a car is useful for reaching the coast even though the property itself is close to Mevagissey. **Best for:** large multi-generation groups wanting nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, sea views, a pool and space for three dogs.

**Less good for:** guests needing step-free access.
