Trevalley House

Trevalley House is a four-bedroom house above Tintagel, sleeping seven with panoramic views towards the headland. The bedrooms hold a king-size bed, two twins and a single, and two bathrooms serve the group, so some sharing is still needed with seven guests in the house.

Painted beams run through the house, and a conservatory and games room give the group extra space beyond the two kitchens. The games room has table tennis and a large sofa. The wood burner and open fire cover chilly evenings, and the large terraced gardens step down outside with room for the barbecue. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are all included, but the house does not accept dogs.

Treknow is the nearest town, with Tintagel and its castle ruins a short drive further along the coast. Bossiney Cove is 1.9 miles away, Tregardock Beach is 2.1 miles from the house and Port Gaverne is 5.3 miles along the coast road. The rugged cliff scenery around Tintagel is the main draw for walkers staying here, with several coastal footpaths starting close by.

**Best for:** extended families or two households sharing four bedrooms, two kitchens, a games room and terraced gardens near Tintagel.

**Less good for:** dog owners or guests needing step-free access.
