All 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor: 2 doubles and 1 room with adult-sized bunk beds. A bathroom with bath and shower, plus a separate WC, are also at ground level - making the sleeping floor accessible for those with mobility needs. Upstairs, the open-plan first floor holds the sitting area with a wood-burning stove, a fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine, and a dining area with views along the coast.

Tregardock Beach, a remote spot with powerful surf and dramatic rock formations, lies 3.5 miles along the coast.

Tintagel village is about 2 miles away, home to the English Heritage castle ruins reached by a footbridge spanning a 58-metre gorge. Merlin's Cave sits below the castle headland, accessible from the beach at low tide. St Nectan's Glen, with its 60-foot waterfall, is a short drive from the village.
