Two-bedroom villa, Millendreath

A terraced villa in Millendreath, 2.7 miles from Looe, this two-bedroom property enjoys sea views and sleeps four. The rooms are a double and a ground-floor twin, and a single shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

In the open-plan living space, the kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire share one room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster, with WiFi and central heating included. Fuel, power and bed linen are in the rent, but towels are not, so bring your own.

The garden is not enclosed, and has furniture and a barbecue. Off-road parking is available at the property, and the garden has views stretching towards the sea. The beach is 0.5 miles away, the shop 0.9 miles and the pub 1.3 miles, and an on-site bar and cafe are close by. In Looe, Banjo Pier gives views over the bay, Hannafore has rock pools, and Kilminorth Woods has marked walking trails.

This villa suits a family or two friends after a coastal week with easy beach access, and is less good for anyone with a dog, as pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed either.
