Upper Killaganoon is a traditional one-bedroom fisherman's cottage for up to five, on a narrow lane in central St Ives.

A double bed, folding single and lounge sofa bed create the stated capacity, with one shared bathroom. The folding single and sofa bed sit outside the main double bedroom, so groups of five should expect close proximity rather than separate rooms. The living accommodation occupies the first and second floors, reached via ten steps up from the lane, and includes a galley kitchen. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, and the bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are provided, and dogs aren't accepted.

Porthgwidden Beach is 200 metres away, while Porthmeor Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach are each 300 metres away.
