Verity

Verity is a two-bedroom cottage at Mullion Cove for four guests, with two bathrooms and sea views from the property. A private hot tub and access to a shared pool give the cottage two genuine leisure draws beyond the coastal outlook.

The enclosed garden accepts dogs, and an EV charging point on site suits anyone arriving by electric car. WiFi, parking and a dishwasher are included. Changeover day is Friday. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms suit two couples sharing as well as a family of four.

Mullion Cove Beach is around 0.2 miles away, close enough for an evening walk down to the harbour. Polurrian Beach is about 0.4 miles from Verity, and Poldhu Cove is roughly 1.2 miles further along the coast road. The three beaches give guests a choice between a sheltered cove, a surf beach and a National Trust-backed stretch of sand without needing to drive far. The wider Lizard peninsula, including Kynance Cove and Lizard Point further south, is within easy reach for a day trip.

**Best for:** a family of four or two couples sharing, wanting sea views, a private hot tub, pool access and EV charging within walking distance of Mullion Cove.

**Less good for:** guests needing more than two bathrooms or step-free access.
