White Acres Holiday Park

White Acres Holiday Park is a large holiday park set across 184 acres of Cornish countryside near Newquay, operated by Parkdean Resorts. The accommodation mix includes self-catering lodges and caravans, with a good range of on-park facilities that make it viable as a base without a car for those who prefer it. Dogs are welcome in selected accommodation.

The park's own facilities are a significant draw: an indoor swimming pool, 11 carp and coarse fishing lakes available to guests, an Adventure Golf course, a bar and lounge, and an on-site restaurant. Wifi is included. The layout across 184 acres means the grounds feel spacious rather than cramped, even during peak weeks.

For beaches, Watergate Bay is roughly 4 miles north - a 2-mile stretch of sand with consistent surf, surf hire, and The Beach Hut cafe above the beach. Tolcarne Beach, one of Newquay's more sheltered town beaches, is about 4.5 miles away. Newquay itself offers 11 beaches, the Sea Life Centre, and direct train connections. The Eden Project is around 20 miles south for a day trip.
