Yellow On The Broom

Yellow On The Broom is a three-bedroom barn conversion for six, close to Bray Shop on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Two bedrooms have super-king zip-and-link beds that convert into twins, while the third has a king-size bed plus an additional single, keeping the layout flexible for families or mixed groups. Two bathrooms serve the group.

Original period features sit alongside a sunroom, wood burner and open fire, giving the barn options whatever the season. The garden has space for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to three dogs can stay. There's no barbecue or EV charging point on site.

Bray Shop is a rural hamlet on the B3257 about three miles north-west of Callington, surrounded by open farmland. Twelve Men's Moor spreads out to the north with open moorland walking, and moorland paths are within walking distance of the barn. This is an inland base rather than a coastal one: Plaidy Beach is 14.1 miles away, Downderry Beach is 14.3 miles and East Looe Beach is 14.6 miles, so the north and south coasts are both a drive rather than a walk.

**Best for:** families or friends wanting flexible beds, two bathrooms, wood-burner and open-fire evenings, a sunroom and space for three dogs.

**Less good for:** guests prioritising a nearby beach, a barbecue, EV charging or step-free access.
