Zephyr is a one-bedroom first-floor apartment new for 2026, sleeping two in Fowey on the south Cornwall coast. The name means soft, gentle breeze, and the modern open-plan living space has partial river views through the living room.

Inside, the apartment is stylish, light, and airy, with a single bedroom suited to a couple. Wifi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided, and short breaks of three nights or more are available year-round with any arrival day.

Outside, the apartment is within a relatively level and short walk of Fowey town centre. A public slipway at Caffa Mill - less than 100 yards from Zephyr - lets kayak and SUP users launch directly onto the water. The closest beach to Fowey's centre is tidal Whitehouse Beach, with Readymoney Cove a few minutes further along the coast.

Fowey itself has shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants along its narrow streets. The passenger ferry crosses to Polruan - a hillside village with its own pubs and shops - while the car ferry at Caffa Mill to Bodinnick gives access to Looe, Polperro, and the wider south coast. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within half an hour's drive.

Best for a couple wanting a level, stylish base moments from Fowey's harbourside and a slipway for kayak or paddleboard launches. Less good for anyone needing more than one bedroom - it's a couple's apartment only.
