Treverbyn Vean Stable

Treverbyn Vean Stable is a refurbished detached two-bedroom cottage near St Neot in east Cornwall, sleeping six. The property sits in nearly an acre of grounds on the edge of Bodmin Moor, with a half-acre garden and private access to the River Loveny for guest fishing. Parking is on-site.

Inside, the layout keeps the character of the converted stable with the two bedrooms arranged across the property. The cottage is detached and private.

Outside, the garden wraps around the building with lawn and a river frontage, where a resident peacock named Percy lives on the grounds. The Stable can be let alongside The Lodge next door to sleep up to 14 combined. The surrounding countryside suits walkers - Bodmin Moor's rough granite landscape, Dozmary Pool, and the upland villages of Blisland and St Breward are all within a short drive.

The coast is about half an hour away by car. The fishing towns of Looe and Polperro and the harbour at Fowey sit on the south coast, with Plaidy Beach and East Looe Beach around 8.7 miles from the door. The Eden Project at Bodelva is roughly 20 minutes away, and the A38 corridor makes the north coast at Tintagel and Port Isaac an easy day trip.
