The remarkable Daymer Bay and the surfing beach at Polzeath are along the north coast, both within 2 miles. From Rock you can take the foot ferry across the River Camel to the thriving town of Padstow (2 miles), known for its busy working harbour and seafood restaurants. Inland, you can visit the Bodmin Jail Attraction, Camel Creek Family Adventure Park and Pencarrow House and Garden, all within 13 miles.

Entering this inviting property the hallway leads through to a snug and cheery lounge with a Smart TV, plush seating and a flame effect electric fire, providing an ideal space to unwind in after a fabulous day exploring North Cornwall. From the lounge, you can head into the sleek and stylishly arranged kitchen/diner which has been fully equipped to help you rustle up your favourite meals, and features a Smart TV, ample cooking and cleaning equipment, and a sweet farmhouse-style dining table over by the window.
