No garden, but the holiday park has shared outdoor space. The on-site heated pool is the main draw - useful in shoulder season when the Atlantic is still cold and the beaches are quieter.

Three north Cornwall beaches are within a short drive. Daymer Bay is 2.3 miles - a sheltered sandy beach set within the Camel Estuary, calmer than the open coast and popular with families. Polzeath is 2.5 miles, an Atlantic surf beach with a busy surf school scene. Greenaway, a quieter option, is also 2.5 miles. Rock village and the foot ferry to Padstow are a short drive north, giving access to harbour-side restaurants and the Camel Trail.

Best for families with dogs wanting pool access and easy car-reach of surf and estuary beaches. Less good for anyone looking for sea views or a walk-to-beach location.
