Dingles Cottage

Dingles Cottage is a two-bedroom property at Churchtown Farm in St Minver, close to Rock on the north Cornwall coast. The cottage combines a modern interior with a rural setting, and a summer house in the garden adds extra space for relaxing on warmer days.

Inside, the ground floor has a sitting room with dining area and a multi-fuel burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second has twin beds with an en-suite shower room. A separate family bathroom with shower over the bath serves the rest of the cottage. WiFi, Smart TV, and a DVD player are provided.

The garden surrounds the cottage, and a local shop in St Minver is a 4-minute walk away. Daymer Bay Beach - a sheltered, dog-friendly stretch of sand at the mouth of the Camel Estuary - is 3.6km south. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, sits 3.8km away near Polzeath.

Rock village is close by on the east bank of the Camel Estuary, connected to Padstow by a water taxi that runs every 20 minutes. The Camel Trail cycle path starts at Wadebridge, about 4 miles south, and runs along the estuary. Polzeath and its reliable surf break are roughly 2 miles north along the coast.
